Get to know Mike behind the mask! Mike Holmes, PT, has worked in the healthcare industry for two years. He has been a hero at Hickory Creek, working as a Physical Therapist, for about six months! When he is not being a hero on the front-line, he likes to exercise, hike, play guitar, go to restaurants, travel, and play quidditch. When we asked Mike what his favorite thing about his job at Hickory Creek was, he said, "Working as an interdisciplinary team to facilitate a betterment and growth of the residents at this facility." We also asked Mike what advice he would give to the public about the COVID-19 Pandemic. He said, "Enjoy your time with your loved ones. This time is a reminder that we don't know how long we have. Once this is over, don't take your freedom for granted." Thank you for being our Hero, Mike!

Get to know Crystal behind the mask. Crystal Chesser has worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years! We are so thankful and lucky she has been with us at the Creek this whole time! Throughout her longevity, she has become knowledgeable of several departments. She started as an STNA and worked as a nursing assistant for ten years, she was a Unit Clerk for eight years, and has been serving as our Medical Records Director for the last seven years. She is always willing to help out wherever she can, which we are so appreciative of! When she is not being a hero on the front-line, she likes to spend time with her family and her dogs. When we asked Crystal what her favorite thing about her job at Hickory Creek was, she said, "I love to see all of the residents every day and to be a part of a team of people that meet their needs and make them smile!" We also asked Crystal what advice she would give to the public about the COVID-19 Pandemic. She said, "Wash your hands often and stay in touch with your loved ones. Take care of each other." Thank you for being our Hero, Crystal!
