Plains Nursing Home Creates Hero Cape for Caregivers

April 27, 2020
The Plains, Ohio - We participated in a fun activity with our Foundations Family, where we had to create a "Hero Cape" that represents our facility. We wanted our cape to represent the strong family connection with our Hickory Creek Heroes and how THEY are the reason we are on top of this virus.

Therefore, our cape has a "HICKORY" tree with every name of our dedicated employees as the leaves, and the Foundations emblem in the middle of the tree. You can see the roots of the tree, which represent our strong foundation (#FoundationsStrong) and deep roots within our Athens County Community. Underneath the tree, you see the "coronavirus balls" because our family tree of dedicated staff is continuously combatting this virus and have remained on top of it. We love our heroes, and they all deserve capes as they continue to fight this fight.
